CCFDAC 2021 aims to explore the key technologies and application prospects in integrated circuit design, EDA, verification and testing, process and manufacturing under the general trends of integrated circuit development. The meeting will include keynotes, panels, technical forums, sessions and exhibitions. The conference will invite well-known scholars to introduce the latest research progress and technical trend in relevant fields, and invite major R&D experts in the industry to share experience and cooperation needs, so as to promote the collaborations between industry and academy.

The conference sincerely invites scholars and experts in relevant fields to contribute English or Chinese papers. Both Chinese and English long papers are recommended to be no more than 12 pages and short papers no more than 6 pages. Before submission, please format the submission according to the Chinese or English paper template specified by the conference (see "material download" on the conference website or click here).

Submission requirements: the work introduced in the paper must be unpublished research results, which shall be submitted through the conference website. The submitted papers will be reviewed by the Program Committee, and the accepted papers will be arranged to make an oral report in the conference. Excellent English papers will be included in a formal English proceedings for publication, and excellent Chinese papers will be recommended to the Journal of Computer Aided Design and Graphics (in Chinese) for publication.

About Review Process:

1. Each paper will be reviewed by at least 3 members in the Technical Program Committee. 

2. Type of review: single blind.

3. Time allotted reviewers for each paper reviewed: one week.

4. Final paper submission: On acceptance, the authors will be given one week to revise the paper according to the review comments and submit the final version.
