演讲摘要:The imbalance of immune status in the tumor microenvironment is an essential determinant of tumor development and progression. The precise regulation of the immune system is crucial to maintain the immune homeostasis and prevent and treat human complex diseases such as cancers. Increasing evidence has demonstrated the functional relevance of long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) to immunity regulation and the tumor microenvironment in cancers. However, the research on tumor immune infiltration-associated lncRNAs and their value in improving clinical outcomes and immunotherapy are still in its infancy, and more efforts are needed. Here, we aimed to develop novel computational algorithms and framework for identifying immune infiltration-associated lncRNAs through integrative analysis of multi-omics data of immune cell lines, tumor cell lines, tumor tissues, and patients with immunotherapy. Then we presented two cases in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and bladder cancer (BCa) and investigated the importance and value of immune infiltration-associated lncRNAs as a biomarker for predicting clinical outcome and immunotherapy responses.
