各位论文作者:
2022中国智能机器人学术年会大会共拟录取中文论文16篇,英文论文35篇。拟录取的中文论文将全部推荐期刊出版(北大核心检索或科技核心检索),拟录取的英文论文将全部在会议论文集中出版(EI检索)。请拟录取的论文作者,尽快完成大会的注册缴费,大会论文委员会将根据注册缴费情况,陆续一对一通知作者拟投稿期刊(或会议论文集),未按期注册缴费的作者,将视为放弃推荐。详细情况,请参考网站“参会指南”=>“CIRAC 2022 论文投稿及注册相关问答”。
注:
1、论文经 CIRAC 2022 评审后,决定拟推荐期刊/会议论文集。所有论文需根据审稿意见完善论文,并按时间要求投稿至相应推荐期刊/会议论文集,期刊/会议论文集将快速进行二次审查,中文论文最终录取结果由期刊决定。
2、每篇文章要求有一个完整的“论文作者”注册。论文作者缴费截止时间为:11月2日,未能在截止日期前完成注册的,论文将取消推荐资格。所有拟推荐期刊/会议论文集都将不予录取。
3、大会论文委员会根据论文作者注册情况,通过投稿人登记的邮箱一对一发送推荐期刊名称、网址、注意事项等。
4、论文作者缴费后,将陆续收到拟推荐的期刊列表,作者可按照投稿要求进行投稿。
5、对公转账的论文作者(务必于11月2日前完成注册),需在对账后(系统显示已经完成确认),才会通知投稿期刊(一般为7个工作日)。故,建议采用线上缴费方式进行缴费。
6、注册缴费后,未能收到邮件通知的论文作者,请查询投稿时登记的邮箱(收件箱/垃圾箱)。
7、论文注册缴费后,非CIRAC 2022 大会论文委员会原因,概不回退。
8、论文作者缴费截止时间为:11月2日,未能在截止日期前完成注册的,论文将取消推荐资格。
9、关于论文相关问题,可浏览【参会指南】。
10、会议如遇延期或者改为线上,则不影响论文的推荐和出版。
